1. Can I pay for my order with a card?

In addition to the Payshop option, Get the Box tem disponível o pagamento com cartão de crédito através do PayPal.

 

2. Como posso fazer o pagamento da minha encomenda?

Através de Multibanco, PayShop ou PayPal.
 
 

3. Qual é a transportadora que utilizam?

Todos os produtos que saem do nosso centro de distribuição são entregues através da empresa CTT EXPRESSO.
 
 

4. Quantos dias demora a chegar a minha encomenda?

A encomenda leva até 3 dias úteis para chegar, a contar desde o dia em que a encomenda sai dos nossos armazéns.
 
 

5. Fazem envios para as ilhas, Madeira e Açores?

Fazemos entregas para a Madeira e Açores, com preço fixo de envio de 8.5€.

 

6. What happens if I am not at the delivery address?

If the customer is not present at the time of delivery, he will be informed of the delivery attempt by SMS. Then, the order will go to a CTT station where the customer has 5 days to collect it. After this period, if the order is not collected, it will return to our warehouses in order to await a customer contact. In this situation, the customer can reschedule a new delivery up to 8 days after the order reaches our warehouses, which adds a cost of 7.5€.

 

7. How do I know when my order will be delivered?

The carrier sends a message with the information of the day that the order will be delivered to the address given by the customer at the time of the order.
 
 

8. Where can I contact for questions / doubts related to a purchase in the Get the Box online store?

For any question related to our store you can send an email to store@getthebox.pt. If it is a question related to a purchase, always mention the number of your order and the name under which it was made to facilitate and speed up the entire process.
